St. Mary’s church isn’t just an ancient building – it’s a lively congregation of all ages. You’re welcome to join us at worship and to take part in any of the other activities we arrange within the parish of Sompting. Services are usually held on Sunday mornings, although the times may be varied for joint services and other special events.
Sunday 8am. Holy Communion at St. Mary's.
Sunday 9.30am. Sung Eucharist at St. Peter's.
Sunday 11am. Sung Eucharist at St. Mary's.
Thursday 9.30am. Holy Communion at St. Peter's.
Family services
St. Peter's and St. Mary's churches invite you to join with them at their friendly monthly family services. Come along and discover a fun service designed for all ages but more especially for the younger members of our flock and their families. The 10.45am service at St. Peter’s is a relaxed environment for all ages, while the 11am St. Mary’s service is more structured and aimed at families with young children.
